1. The literary piece that I was most interested in is "Early Autumn" by Langston Hughes. I really liked this piece because it had such a motivational message and its meaning was awesome! It told me that decisions are important and I have to be wise about them and if I make a wrong one, I shouldn't dwell on it. I would want to live by the message that this piece gives out my entire life. It was such a great short story, too! It wasn't boring, but it was interesting and it was something I'd actually read! I could really relate to this and it was such a great piece! It was also easy to understand and it wasn't really hard to understand. I would definitely recommend this to someone. 2. The thread that I found the most productive/interesting was "Shall I Rise" by Maya Angelou. It made me feel so confident and it had such a motivational and inspiring message. It made me want to live by that for the rest of my life. It was easy to understand and certainly not boring. I really enjoyed this thread because Maya Angelou is really great along with her pieces!
